RE: PENALTY FOR EXPIRED RADIO LICENCES
Enclosed please find a self explanatory fax received from the wireless department for your attention.
Furthermore, it has been brought to our notice that when yacht owners apply for a radio licence, they are required to give a declaration that the yacht does not carry more than twelve (12) passengers. If in the affirmative, the owners must equip the vessel with GMDSS.
This declaration must accompany the application form and radio installation survey report form.
